Dirty Questions & Dares Game is intended for users aged 17 and older. The app contains adult content including questions, dares, and challenges that may not be suitable for minors. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

2. Data and Privacy

We do not create a user account for you.

All gameplay data (questions, players, game progress) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your gameplay information. Dirty Questions & Dares Game is designed to be completely anonymous.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app. Since we do not store your data on our servers, uninstalling the app permanently removes all information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dirty Questions & Dares Game responsibly:

• Ensure all players are of appropriate age (17+) and consent to participating in the game
• Respect all players' boundaries and comfort levels. Players can skip questions or dares they are uncomfortable with
• Use the app in appropriate settings and contexts
• Not use the app to harass, bully, or harm others
• Not use the app with minors or in any way that could expose children to inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content or features that violate these guidelines, though we do not monitor individual gameplay sessions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Dirty Questions & Dares Game offers:

• Premium Weekly: $4.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Unlocks all game modes and question packs.
• Premium Lifetime: $17.99 one-time payment. Unlocks all game modes and question packs permanently.

Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not store or have access to your payment details. All payments are processed securely by Apple and Google.

5. Intellectual Property

Dirty Questions & Dares Game and its content (including questions, dares, and app design) are owned by Constantin Gînga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dirty Questions & Dares Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app is for entertainment purposes only.

You are responsible for ensuring all players are comfortable with the content and intensity level chosen. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from gameplay, including relationship issues, embarrassment, or any other outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirty Questions & Dares Game and Constantin Gînga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to relationship issues, emotional distress, or any other consequences.

8. Termination

You may stop using Dirty Questions & Dares Game at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
